Edgy tulle skirt (black layer underneath with a pink layer on top) and a black elastic waistband. 

There are two options - one has two tiers in different shades of pink, and one is solid. 

Please note that these skirts are NOT lined, but you can wear your own underskirt / slip should you not want it to be see through.

Size S - fits waist 69-73cm
Size M - fits waist 74-78cm
Size L - fits waist  79-82cm
Size XL - fits waist 83-87cm
