How much is delivery?
FREE DELIVERY for orders over R1000.
Courier to the following areas = R70 (Gauteng, CT, Bloem, DBN, PE, East London, George, Hartbeespoort, Kimberley, Klerksdorp, Ladysmith, Nelspruit, Polokwane, Potch, Rustenburg, Welkom, Witbank)
Courier to other areas (ie. all areas not listed above) = R99
Please ensure you select the correct option at checkout.
When will my order be delivered?
Orders will be delivered on weekdays between 08:00 and 17:00.
If we have the items you ordered in stock, delivery will take 2 - 5 working days (main centres). Add 2 days for outlying areas.
If we do not have the specific items in stock, please allow 7 - 14 working days for manufacturing. T-shirts are made to order and will take 5 - 10 working days.
Please enquire about the estimated lead time of specific items.
We want to deliver on time as promised. However, certain unforeseen circumstances may occur which may prevent us from guaranteeing that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame. We will not be held liable for delays due to circumstances out of our control (ie. natural disasters, strikes, load shedding, etc.)
When do you start counting days?
The working day after the day that payment reflects in our account.
How do you send the order?
We use a reliable door-to-door courier service. Please ensure that there is someone to sign for the parcel. If there is no-one home during business hours, kindly provide us with a business address.
Please enter your shipping address and contact number correctly. PHYSICAL address only - the courier cannot deliver to PO. Boxes. We do not take responsibility for goods sent to the wrong address.
Payment can be made into our bank account via EFT. Please do not make cash deposits. You can also request to pay via credit/debit card or instant EFT via PAYFAST. Please send an email to with your order number, stating that you would like to pay via Payfast, and we will send you a secure link.
VERY IMPORTANT: Please use your ORDER NUMBER as payment reference. We will not be able to track your payment if you do not use the suitable reference and this could result in your order being delayed.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Please ensure you order the correct size (please refer to size chart below).
All exchanges should be communicated via email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of receiving the item. The item must be unworn, and in its original packaging and condition. The exchange can only take place if we have stock of the size/item you need, Otherwise you can choose another item for the same price or we can issue you with a voucher. We cannot exhange customised items.
Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs involved to return the product to us, along with the shipping fee to send the new item to you.

HOW TO TAKE MEASUREMENTS
When measuring from waist to floor, please wear the shoes you are planning to wear with the dress/jumpsuit, to ensure we get the length right. It's a good idea to get someone to help you with your measurements.
